About Condron Homes

Corey Condron
Owner and Administrator
August 1992
|
Though his official start date with Condron Homes is written as August 1992, Corey started as a manual laborer for his Dad in his early teens. He then worked for a framing crew for several summers before and during his college years. Corey graduated from Washington State University with a Construction Management degree, and after a brief stint working with a large commercial company he realized he wanted to raise his family in Spokane and work residential construction with his Dad. He first worked as one of two Project Managers, and then as the company grew he worked less in the field and more in the office. He is now the sole Administrator for Condron Homes, and still enjoys working for a small residential building company. Corey is as active outside the office as he is in the office, he has been married to Davida since 1990, and they have three way too active children Travis, Alexa and Marissa. Corey is on a Rec hockey league and also helps coach his son’s hockey team. An avid hunter and fisherman you will often find him in the great outdoors with his family.

Craig Roberts
Supervisor
April 1990
|
Craig Roberts started with Condron Homes in the spring of 1990. He started as a Manual Laborer while attending Eastern Washington University . Upon graduating from EWU with a BA in Business Management it was assumed by all that he would then leave to start using his degree elsewhere. When it became apparent Craig wasn’t ever leaving, we have utilized his talents fully. He has moved up in the company as our business has grown, he is one of our project supervisors that have worked both in the field and in the office. Craig is married to his bride Gina; he has two athletic sons, Ryan and Evan. He shares riverfront property with his family and you can often find the Roberts clan playing together at their place. He’s the only employee we have who insists upon a uniform, that being a black Harley T-shirt from someplace around the world.

Cory Evans
Supervisor
July 1990
|
Cory Evans played hockey and graduated with Corey Condron, and when Craig Condron needed another laborer for his growing construction company, he hired Cory because of his strength and hard work ethic. Cory has been a quiet strength and asset to the company ever since. He started as a manual laborer and has slowly embraced his current leadership role within the company. He trained our labor force for years, becoming a finish carpenter, then one of our Warranty Service Managers, supervising inspections and helping customers with their year long warranty program, until his current position of Field Supervisor. Cory is married to Bonnie and has recently purchased his own Condron Home and is busy doing the things all new homeowners go through, setting up a home.

Ed Schnug
Supervisor
January 1992
|
Ed Schnug was Condron Homes’ first Project Manager. He came to us with practical construction experience, working for Landmark Builders as a framer. Ed kept bugging Craig to help him get his own license and bond to start his own framing crew and before he knew it, Ed was hired to be a Project Manager while Craig Condron went on his first long vacation ever. Ed had the shortest training experience anyone could ever expect. Craig got a trip to the Cook Islands for Christmas, Ed was hired and trained in six weeks, then was left to run the field for a month without any supervision, it was either sink or swim and he’s still swimming with us today. He is now one of two supervisors who have gained practical experience both in the field and in the office. He has been on the ground floor from paper trails to computer breakdowns; our self professed computer geek is always trying to upgrade our way of doing things around here. Ed is married to Nikki and they have two beautiful children, Haley and Jared. Ed’s family has a generational cabin on Priest Lake and either here or there you can find him off road racing. Another Condron Home hockey player, he plays on the same adult rec hockey team with Corey and Craig Condron .

Jeff Roberts
Supervisor
February 2001
|
Jeff is Craig Roberts older brother and came to us when we needed some help during an upswing in home building. Jeff left a management position at Nalley’s to pursue a career in his own custom furniture building company. He did several custom built-ins for our clients, and when it became necessary for a qualified Warranty Service Manager here at Condron Homes, Corey immediately thought of Jeff. After several phone calls and a little pursuing, we were able to get him to come work for us. Since then he has moved into a Field Supervisor position, and one year had the most homes under his supervision than any supervisor, managing it with such efficiency, all homeowners thought they were his only customer. Away from Condron Homes he is busy with his wife Shelley shuttling two athletic girls, Brooke and Ashley, around the city for games and activities. His rest and relaxation comes in the summer months when you can find him at the river, boating and playing with the rest of the Roberts clan.
