After working several summers for a framing crew before and during his college years, Corey graduated from Washington State University with a Construction Management degree. He then worked briefly for a large commercial construction company, but soon realized he wanted to raise his family in Spokane and again went to work with his Dad. Corey began as one of two project managers, but as the company expanded, began spending less time in the field and more time in the office. Upon Craig's retirement In 2007, Corey bought the company and now acts as the sole administrator for Condron Homes. He is as active outside the office as he is in, playing rec league hockey and helping coach his son's hockey team. An avid hunter and fisherman, you'll often find Corey in the great outdoors along with his family; Davida, his wife of 18 years, son Travis, and daughters Alexa and Marissa.

After graduating from Eastern with a bachelor's degree in Business Management, it was assumed Craig would put his degree to use in some far-away place. But when it became apparent he wasn’t ever going to leave, we decided to put his many talents to good use. Craig moved up the company ladder as our business grew, and is now one of two project supervisors that has experience both in the field and in the office. Craig is married to his bride Gina, and has two athletic sons, Ryan and Evan. He can often be found enjoying the riverfront property he shares with family members. Craig is the only employee at Condron Homes who insists upon wearing a uniform every day, that being a black Harley T-shirt from someplace around the world.

Eventually, Ed talked Craig Condron into helping him start his own framing crew. Craig was so confident in Ed's work that he hired him to run the company in his absence while he went on his first long vacation ever. Ed received six weeks training, then was left to run the field for an entire month while Craig enjoyed a trip to the Cook Islands he had received as a Christmas gift. It was either sink or swim for Ed, and as you can see, he’s still swimming with us today. Along with Craig Roberts, Ed has gained practical experience both in the field and in the office. He has been on the ground floor from paper trails to computer breakdowns; our self-professed computer geek is always trying to upgrade our way of doing things around here. Ed, his wife Nikki, and two beautiful children, Haley and Jared enjoy spending time together at Priest Lake in the generational cabin Ed's family owns.

for his growing construction company, he hired Cory because of his strength and hard work ethic. Cory has been a an asset to Condron Homes ever since. Having learned the ropes from the ground level, Cory has slowly embraced his current leadership role within the company. Before reaching his current rank of field supervisor, Cory wore many hats; having trained our labor force, working as a finish carpenter, helping customers through our warranty service department, and supervising inspections. Cory is married to Bonnie and recently purchased his own Condron Home. He likes to keep busy doing what all new homeowners go through, setting up home.

Jeff Roberts, Craig's older brother came to us when we needed some help during an upswing in the housing market.

Having left a management position at Nalley’s to pursue a career in custom furniture building, Jeff struck out on his own and did several custom built-ins for our clients. When the need arrived for us to hire a qualified warranty service manager, Jeff was our first choice. After several phone calls and a little coaxing, we were able to convince him to come work for us. Since that time, Jeff has moved into a field supervisor position, and one year had the most homes under his supervision than any other supervisor. Away from Condron Homes, Jeff and his wife Shelley stay busy shuttling two very active daughters, Brooke and Ashley, around town for games and activities. His rest and relaxation comes in the summer months when you can usually find him at the river, boating and playing with the rest of the Roberts clan.
